My work combines research, analysis, and practical application to help organizations align people and systems. I’ve led projects in both the public and private sectors, where operational clarity and human capital alignment were the key factors in the difference between stagnation and growth.
Melding my proficiency in complex operations, project management, and strategic planning with expertise in organizational psychology enables me to align human behavior with conscientious operational and strategic frameworks, fostering equitable systems and policies that enhance organizational productivity and elevate employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino.
